  3 months and still no supply of product. Didn't receive replies to emails. Only been able to get through by phone once and was told they had an issue with supplier and would email us the details, again nothing heard. Service took a while but eventually came through with the goods after over 6 months waiting and no communication. Unsubscribed to newsletter as 5 ads in one day over a week is a bit much. So far lots of noise but no real action.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Have now called twice, left messages each time to order $700 worth of product and still as yet to get even a simple call back. Should rename from Grand Millesime to Unimpressive Millesime

  Very spotty customer service They overcharge for delivery and then it takes weeks for the wine to arrive. And the website is cumbersome and just a PIA to navigate. Payment system is a nightmare with OSIC and credit limits required for even small purchases. A debacle.

  Ordered a product in March and still haven't received the item, nor ANY communication from them, despite numerous emails and a phone call. Be wary about ordering online from them!
