::Went twice because wanted to get a Toyota as my first car since I moved here recently. The first time they didn't even show me any car saying that I should come back when my job is permanent (almost like I was wasting their time for surveying!) Second time when I went there yesterday the 'floor manager' could not show me my options when I gave a price range (!) I was told that I could only get a Yaris or a Corolla, but when I pointed to a Prius - he gave me the price well within my budget...(I was very much put off by this, but I wanted to see how worse they can get) The salesman finally gave the spec difference between different Corolla models after we asked the 4th times. Toyota is good car, but this kind of behavior is neither expected nor acceptable from any sales person / manager.

::Horrible service and the mechanics are useless took my car there to get serviced and checked out paid $600 told car was 100% perfect 2 days later smoke coming from exhaust took it back a week later the car had no oil but no leeks, they once again said car was 100% fine filled up oil come back after 1000km for checkup 3 days after this car had major issue had to get towed back there,now it has a blown valve or something, they are useless told me every time car was fine obviously wasn’t due to there incompetence I now have to pay $2000 to get it fixed, would not recommend going to grand motors Toyota in Southport. Would give 0 stars if I could

::Took my car for service for 135000 service I was told oil was leaking and need to bring it back to change a part which costs 1000 dollar I did not believe what they said. I called a local mechanic next day He checked thoroughly and drive tested There was No oil leaking at all. The car was in perfect condition . Not going to them again Get 2nd opinion for 100 dollar if it does not add up.

::Absolutely Amazing service from both Chris Lee at Red Plum Vehicle Brokers and Jenna at Grand. This would be around the 8th new car I’ve been fortunate enough to purchase and this dealership excelled in every way. Love the brand new Prado...loved the personalized handover with balloons, bows and notification on stand in front of vehicle in showroom, a real wow factor. Thank you so much Grand & Red Plum. By the way, best Hot Chocolate too!
