  My hair is literally falling out. My first time going here to try something new i was uneasy but my mum was like hey lets try something new! I shall hate those words for the rest of my life, as well as this hair dresser, the intire time i sat in that chair i counted allll the things that she did wrong - which was all of it. After that i stood up with the most fakest smile and lied 'i..love...it' crying inside my hair was shorter then wanted dryer then the desert and all i could do was cry and cry i did mention my hair was a 'tiny bit dry' so the lady replied with a very expensive shampoo and conditioner after all that it came to my mind that she purposely botched my hair. And every time i wash my hair chunks of it falls out from the dye job she did on it it so bad that ive thought of going completely bold.
