  I read the reviews here before i booked (just an annual vaccination) and i was surprised positively. Very friendly staff and doctor. So i think it depends on who is on duty

  We've been talking our two dogs here for nearly three years and we're always very happy with their service, professionalism and attitude. Dr Sean takes the time to sit down with us and talk through every step of the consult, give in depth break downs of test results and treatments if required without being condescending or over technical. We highly recommend the team!

  I had an awful and traumatising experience at Green Cross Vets, and so did my dog. I brought her there because it was closest to home, where she was bitten badly by another dog on a walk. She had low blood pressure and could die any minute, but instead of treating her properly, they tried to UPSELL ME TEETH CLEANING! Teeth cleaning. and a whole care package. At a time like that. I'd never go back. I could say more about the experience but in short GO TO A REAL VET. Green cross is a company, renting out premises and hiring vets. It's not a vet clinic run by an actual caring vet. That seems to make a lot of difference.

  Dr. Sean is a terrific vet, he is very committed to always getting to the bottom of whatever issues we are having with our beloved pets. All the staff are lovely and we highly recommend Green Cross South Melb!.

  I didn't think the vet was very friendly or interested in their job. Didn't feel like my cats got a good check up. Was quick rushed and just not a friendly environment.
