  I love Grill'd, the burgers and chips are beautiful and reasonably priced for quality (although chips are slightly overpriced) but I am EXTREMELY tired of requesting a runny egg and literally every single time I've ordered it (over 10) the egg comes fully cooked through. And when I request runny egg, I severely emphasize it and they still don't. Then I have to walk up and send it back and then sit there for another 5-15minutes (yes once actually 15 and everyone had finished eating at that point) and wait. One time they got it wrong twice in a row. And usually the "fix up" burgers egg is incredibly undercooked. I just want the yolk to be runny, don't give me an egg with half the white not cooked... It's not difficult to not overcook an egg. It should be easier as it takes less time!

  Beautiful burgers, always enjoy Grill'd.. Would have been given 5 stars but last time I was there, i was in the middle of a big bite and an employee (may have been the Manager) walked past and I got a massive waft of a fart, put me off my meal. I am sorry to be crude but it is the truth.

  Good tasty food, served by friendly staff. Ingredients feels fresh, only let down is price - bit expensive for Burger's...

  Love it- only down fall is they come up EVERY TIME we are eating there and ask us if it's all good as we are eating our meal & take the table number.. also i have like one more bite of my meal and they come and take our plates when we are still finishing our meal.. I would prefer to be left alone whilst eating then be asked when I'm fully finished my meal. It isn't a big deal but it is just annoying , rude in a sense and I feel very rushed.
