  The best coffee in Newcastle! Sunday morning breakfast including acai bowl was amazing and my flat white was 12 out of 10! Thanks to Paris the barista and the friendly, gorgeous, helpful staff!

  Delicious açai and Super Bowls. Great coffee. Nice decor. Bright and airy. Good place for groups. If only we could order more than one açai bowl each...makes you want to come back for more.

  If you want to listen to waitresses discuss what an americano might be and then decide that you'd rather have a cappuccino with more choco-powder than actual coffee in it then this is where you should go! I had a bacon & egg roll, the eggs where overcooked and the bread was burnt. Staff and interior were nice at least.

  Ground Floor Cafe was a great experience for me and my family. We ordered coffee and a couple of hot chocolates (which were all excellent) and our daughter was totally engaged in the decor of the room. Also, even though we only ordered takeaway we were not treated like 2nd class citizens like at some other cafes in the area so we will be definitely back.

  Good location sit and watch the people good fun the coffee it good and at a reasonable price they also have the local newspapers to read Been here a few times now so it must be ok if people return. Its located at the top of the mall parking is easy in the mall but only short time better to go to the council car park and enjoy walking around the mall enjoying Newcastle is only a short walk to the Foreshore and thats worth visiting
