::I got my hair lightened at guys and dolls, my hair was bleached and the hair dress must had seemed to forgotten I was there as she left me for nearly an hour with bleach in my hair while she was tending to phone calls! My hair turned orange and they mentioned they would fix it free of charge, in which I've never been back because I'd be stupid to!
