  Me and my partner were already in the QV branch but she insisted to go the Melbourne Central one since it has more options. I thought yeah why not! The previous lady (pregnant lady) who assisted me few days ago was very wonderful but today was really awful. We were looking forward to coloring our hair and we were waiting to be assisted. First of all, we had to call their attention and whats worse, the lady that assisted us was very discouraging. We get that bleaching our hair will cause some damage to the hair but it doesn’t mean you discourage your customers from buying bleach and light colours. If so, why sell bleach at all? She looks like she just cant be bothered explaining things and rather have a chat with her colleagues. We left the shop very very DISAPPOINTED.

  Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Every person working was very willing to help me and all had very positive attitudes!! Was very impressed at how much the staff knew about everything and every product

  Male salon manager was unbelievably rude and incompetent.If you're looking for friendly staff and good service, go elsewhere. Had my extensions done and they started completely falling out, after just one week. Went back to get them fixed and was told I would have to pay to get them redone, even though they failed on technique. After I raised the issue with the salon manager, he told me to leave and find another salon, instead of doing the professional thing (his job), fixing it and keeping their customers happy. They lost a loyal customer of years, due to attitude and incompetence. Management change in the last year has really seen the quality of service deteriorate drastically. Also haircuts and styling are quite average, for the ridiculous prices they charge. If you're working in the CUSTOMER SERVICE industry, maybe customer service should be a priority.

  Great service! Got a piercing done and the whole experience was great, from being greeted up the front, having my questions answered and the piercer was very quick and efficient. Very professional and clean . Would recommend

  Came in last week for a recommendation of a few products and a hair straightener to take advantage of the sale you guys had on! Spoke to a really lovely red headed girl who went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything the straightener did and how to use my products right! Walked out feeling confident and excited to go home and try my products which have worked tremendously! I will definitely be back!
