  I stayed at Harbourside Resort at 132 Marine Parade Southport it was a large unit with everything necessary for a long or short stay. The pool is really big as was the spa and there's a 1/2 tennis court..a/c in every room... Overlooking the Broadwater … The staff were really accommodating and the most friendly iv had in any two week stay iv ever experienced.

  Thank you for having us at your Resort . What a lovely location and very close to all the amenities. We were thrilled with the size and cleanliness of our apartment. We will definitely be back very soon. The staff are so friendly, I will definitely be telling my friends.

  I didn't do a review check before I booked and stayed here , Lucky I didn't because reading these comments I wouldn't have stayed here . I'm glad I didn't read them as I had a very pleasant stay here . It was clean and tidy including my linen being fresh . The Asian lady at the front desk was more than helpful to all of my needs . However I never asked for anything as my expectations were already met . I don't know why you all expect these people to give you toilet paper , if you have so many people and children , bring your own . And for $79 per night if you think the furnishings are outdated , go pay $500 per night somewhere else . Theres nothing wrong with older furniture it still serves its purpose . I thought it was a great cheap place to stay with everything I needed . The Asian lady was so caring and kind and even gave me a hug and said see you next time , which I thought was lovely considering what I was about to go through hence the reason I was there . So thank you Harbour Side I will definitely be seeing you next time . Thanks for a comfortable stay!!!

  ' Great for families- spacious and affordable ' We enjoyed our stay here, it is great for families. We got the 2 bedroom apartment quite cheap for the new year's period and we were very happy. It is a very large apartment and comes with the basic needs, the air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge room were wonderful during the extremely hot days we had. My children loved the pool area and we spent nearly a whole day out in the pool area, which is nicely shaded. The location was prime for new year's, across the road we were able to sit on the beach and watch the fireworks. The accommodation building itself has obstructed views of the beach, however that is what going for walks is all about :) My husband and two children would have stayed longer if we had more time off.
