  I took my bike to Harley heaven Melbourne, I had a bike crash on a Harley street 500, it only required new front forks and it took them 4 months lead time for me to collect the bike. Then when i described to them the crazy high engine rev on ignition, they refused to fix it and deemed it normal for that particular model, even tho The bike has never done that since it was dropped. I understand a high rev on cold start but this was ridiculously screaming and even after a warm run its the same. Also parts on the bike wasn't secured on properly e.g. the left hand grip was loose enough to wiggle when u clutch in. Very disappointing going to Harley heaven i chose them because i thought they would treat my repair professionally. CANNOT RECOMMEND FOR BIKE REPAIRS.

  Highly recommend the team at Harley Heaven Melbourne! I was a bit suspicious of taking my 2013 Softail Deluxe back to a "dealer" for its service and roadworthy as I had moved from interstate however both Wayne's in service were terrific and made the hole process smooth and pain free! Great communication, bike ready on time and a fair price. Thanks for looking after my bike guys... I'll definitely be back!
