::DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS STORE! If I could leave a zero rating I would. The slick website and nice photos reel you in and everything is fine until you enter your credit card details and press purchase. And then - a nightmare. An advertised 5-7 day wait to arrange delivery becomes almost a month long wait (and many repeated follow up emails to Harper's). I then have to wait two weeks for the earliest delivery slot to open up. On the day of delivery, noone contacts me and when I try calling the delivery company, I'm put on hold for two hours. When I finally get through they transfer me to another contractor who says they don't know anything about my order. Of course-the order does not arrive. And I've wasted half a day off work waiting at home for it. When I tell Harpers the order didn't arrive, they don't even reply to me or apologise-just cc me in a curt message to the delivery company asking if they know where the products are. I don't even want the products anymore. I've asked for a refund, but who knows how many emails I'll have to write to get that processed. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE NICE WEBSITE. The furniture may very well be nice but there are other stores that sell nice Scandinavian furniture and this one is just not worth the pain.
