  My first 'stereo' was bought here and sold to me Mr Harvey himself! Yes, we're going back a few decades lol It's a much bigger centre now and has everything I could ever need in any stage of my life; from when I'm penny pinching and need more cost-effective items, to having a bit behind me and want more quality. The staff and customer service here is always (and I mean always) second to none. Each section, being electrical, bedding, kitchen, computers, etc, has staff who know their products, offer sensible advice, appear to enjoy what they do and always have you feeling like you made a great purchase. I've never felt like I've been 'ripped off' or 'duped'. And, I seem to always walk out feeling I've learned something! Plenty of easy parking, sausage sizzle on the weekends, helpful staff, good pricing across the board...yep I'm happy to continue coming for a few more decades yet ;-) Thanks to Lauren who helped with my television purchase yesterday. Honest, informative and with a smile (what I've come to expect) :-)

  Had a top girl serve me alex at the coffee machines nothing was to much trouble so helpful a breath of fresh air i would nominate her as employee of the month

  Worst customer service i have ever, Logan from customer service lied about product care be very careful when you buy product care they fob you off. Will not be going back to Harvey Norman again they handed me back a broken phone they would not send of to fix the service staff are very rude and Logan lied twice to my face about product care. DONT GET PRODUCT CARE WITH HARVEY NORMAN.

  Harvey Norman is Harvey Norman. Sometimes great knowledgeable staff, sometimes rude unhelpful staff. Always huge range of products across the board. Good, negotiable prices. Bright, modern atmosphere.

  Once again twice in 2 weeks not one staff member approached me just turned away. We to domain had the best service had check prices and was great. Purchased happily.
