::Poor customer service had a fight on our hands when a TV we bought broke within 24 hours. After informing staff we knew our consumer rights we managed to resolve the problem. It shouldn't be so difficult. Wouldn't recommend although you don't get much choice in Oz :-(

::Great service from Amanda when buying my new Aircon. Harvey Norman and the install contractor Amanda referred me to immediately destroyed the quote I received from another local business (by more than 30%, and I didn't even have to haggle and fight over price). Unit arrived quickly from Perth and installed 3 days later.

::Staff most unhelpful. Advertising 20% off computers. Rubbish. Will not shop there again that is the second time that we have found the staff unhelpful. Was willing to spend 1500.00 on a French door fridge but there was a couldn't be bothered attitude business went to Mitchell and Brown instead .
