::Rude customer service. HCF delayed me transferring to another health fund & phoned me intrusively to ask why I was leaving! Don't sign up with them!

::every time you make appoitment there is a long wait to see a dentist of your choice . If I won't to see a dentist within a day I could do this by going elswhere for the same cost . How we are benifiting as members !

::I've been going here for over 3 years and it's become totally over subscribed which means not being able to get check-ups in less than a month from when you call. There seems to be an ever rotating roster of staff which means its pop luck as to whether you get a good dentist or not. I've had some great ones and some terrible ones.
