::Made an appt for 20 week US scan. Centre called back and rescheduled appt because they said the booking was a mistake (only booked 15 mins for a 30-45 min procedure). Fine. Reschedule it. Called again a week later to reschedule as they said they'd done the same thing AGAIN. Fine. Reschedule it. Called a week later, told my booking was cancelled due to same problem AGAIN and they have no appts for another month. Now at 23 weeks and have no other options for a scan as bookings should be made at least two weeks in advance. Staff totally unhelpful and rude. Told it was "just too bad" and to go find a private hospital which would not be covered by Medicare. Thank you for forcing me to pay an extra $250 for your repeated mistakes.

::Even one star is too much for the rude and unprofessional receptionist. Unpleasant service ever from the receptionist and very bossy to patients for some reason. ??? Weird receptionist
