::I have always being a customer and supported Hertz, however l was really disappointed at the service l encountered at this outlet. Very unprofessional and totally lacking in the understanding of the meaning of the word customer service. I had entered the store and my presence was not even been acknowledged. After waiting for 15 minutes whilst staff enjoyed their personal chats, l finally was served. In that time a customer that had come in after me was served before me, despite me having arranged and booked to pick up the car at 10 am. On the positive side the person that did serve me was very pleasant. Disappointing to knww that Hertz staff do not understand the importance of customer service.

::Good location in between city and airport. Good range of new cars and suvs. Very Friendly staff. Good rates. . Never have to wait to get your car from here unlike other offices.

::How awesome is the team at Hertz Kesick. Phil and his team made the 10 minute experience memorable, funny and fantastic. I would highly recommend these guys to everyone. Genuine and awesome customer service. Cheers
