  Was charged for pre existing damage to a car, trying to resolve the matter was a nightmare. Getting palmed off to different emails / numbers just so the current employee could get rid off me.

  Charged extra time, charged accident excess fee, all that after having returned the car without overtime and no damage to the car at all, just because I didn’t ask for the receipt as I want to expedite the return process doesn’t mean you guys can charge whatever the hell you guys wanted after I have left the rental location. I had been served better in any other hertz rental boutiques in the country than this particular place.

  It has taken a little while to write this as I was hoping for a response from them directly after I was charged $112 when booking the vehicle and then another $102 when I actually rented it so all up for 4 days in total $214 and when I complained in my email as you know I didn't hear anything. Well I'm off to Adelaide again and booked a car with another company for 8 days and it is still cheaper than for the 4 days with this mob. How they are still in business is beyond me as pretty much everyone who has written a review has given them 1 star so whoever is in charge of this company should do the right thing by everyone and resign
