  Our experience with Hodges Geelong Rental Team was exceptional. We would like to give a special mention to Melanie Backer. She was very professional & made for a lovely lease term. We never had an issue & there was always an open line of communication. Thanks again Melanie.

  Was promised Lara Grace would return my call to hodges office. She didn't. Ignored attempts to reach her personally, did not reply to emails. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

  I've sent my application to Lara Grace from Pakington Street, Geelong West branch. Didn't receive any updates for a week until I personally call her. She said that the landlord didn't reply. Waited for 7 working days ( Within these 7 days, I've made a couple of phone calls to her office but she was engaged and said she'll call me back, but she didn't), I e-mailed her and she said it's actually our landlord whom didn't reply which she didn't clarified on the first phone call. (I think she needs to know whether I've been paying my rents regularly to my current landlord). She suggested me to contact my landlord myself to get things moving. I called my landlord, she was not in the country and she gave me her partner's number. I forwarded the number to Lara Grace on the day I receive it from my landlord. Sent another e-mail to double check if she could call the number. I didn't receive any replies. 2 days later, I sent another e-mail to check on the status and also make an appoinment with her at her office but she didn't reply. Hence, I've decided to drop by and try my luck. The receptionist said she's going to have a meeting soon and couldn't talk to me, promised to call me back, but she didn't. I sent another e-mail the next day to check on the application status. No reply at all. There were 4 e-mails in a row that she didn't respond at all. I think it is unprofessional for an agent to not reply e-mails and avoiding phone calls. Will not recommend.

  Unfortunately there are real estate agent who really just don't care about their clients. Hodges Real Estate ( Geelong branch located in Pakington Street ) is one branch that does. My dealing with Kelly King can be summarised in one word - brilliant. She genuinely cares about her clients, asks all the right questions, listens, communicates effectively and efficiently . If you are seeking excellence in customer service and are wanting to buy a residence or even sell one for that matter please seek out Kelly King and Hodges Real Estate Geelong.
