  Pleasant lunch at the balcony overlooking Rundle Mall. Lovely staff. Perfect spot for an extra cold beer while watching the crowd. Either the salad or the risotto are great options. Apparently it is a popular venue for wedding receptions too.

  We had our Wedding reception in January this year at the Hotel Richmond on Level 1. We wanted a relaxed, cocktail style party and it was everything we hoped for. The staff team, both before and on the evening were so pleasant to deal with and we could not have been more impressed with their service. I felt completely confident in what I had left "in their hands" and the place looked amazing when we arrived. From the venue set up, the food, wine, value for money...everything was brilliant and we just had the best night ever thanks to a wonderful team at The Richmond. Thank you!

  We booked the 'First' space on Level 1 of Hotel Richmond for a work function for 25 people. At all times, the Functions staff were communicative and responsive to our booking requirements, and the food, service, and ambience on the night was outstanding. Our delegates were greatly impressed. I would highly recommend this venue for a catered function.

  Always a great vibe for after work drinks and nibbles here. Staff are generally friendly enough. Food in both bar and restaurant were good. On some occasions the freshness of salads needs improvement. Rest rooms are always clean and tidy.

  We held our wedding at the Hotel Richmond recently and cannot recommend it enough. Everything from the food and drinks to amazing staff made our special day just that extra special. We did not have to worry about a thing on the day and were left to enjoy the night. Paige was so helpful and accommodating planning ahead of time and amazing on the night. The food and drinks were also amazing, from the canapes to the mains to the drinks package. We had so many great comments about the overall look of the venue, beautiful food and amazing staff from our guests which speaks for itself. Cannot praise staff enough. We had the best time! Thank you.
