::Horrific customer experience!! No empathy at all! Never order anything online, pick up in store and change your mind. Wasted 1 hour over $55 because I wanted a different colour. Forget it! They don't honour your change of mind. Had to ring up a so-called friendly Customer Service to get my anger sorted out. Don't wait until your customer is unhappy and furious! It's too late and the damage is bigger. That's not how you do business in 2017. Ask your Customer Experience division and learn why you need to listen to customers more!!
