  Good products, poor service. Had an issue with a pasta maker which seized up, was within warranty but contrary to the Australian Consumer Law they refused to refund me my money instead opting to replace the product. The product was taken to be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection and allegedly replaced, yet it still managed to seize up again after another few uses. My reference to the Australian Consumer Law is warranted, it is considered it to be a major problem as I would not have purchased the product if I knew that it would fail after only a few uses.
