  $129 for a basic return by tax agent not CPAs. Way over priced. Taking my business elsewhere

  When I called H&R block to have them do my taxes, the staff on the phone were very helpful, very polite, and happily set me up an appointment at the Hamilton site on a Tuesday morning. I showed up for my appointment, but no one was at the site, even waiting until well after their supposed "open" time of 9 am, not a soul showed up near the building. I used my mobile to call a couple of different H&R blocks, thinking perhaps they had mistakenly told me the wrong office to go to, but I couldn't get a response (at 9:30 on a Tuesday morning) from three different offices in the Newcastle area. I shall certainly be taking my business elsewhere.
