Started my partners refund 1 month ago and still no refund. No calls, emails or messages via the assisted online site to let us know why it's taking so long. Messages have been sent by us but no reply. Also tried telling my partner $700 will be deducted as he didn't do he tax last year when he did it with them! Useless & never going to H&R block again.

Absolutely appallingly my wife and i went in together because we have an investment property. After 3 weeks we check with the ATO and our paperwork had not been logged, H&R just hadn't gotten around to it. Offered a discount if we use them again next year, just not good enough enjoy our $400+ dollars it will be the last from us.
