  Only giving a 1 star as We cannot review on ZERO STARS. Absolutely terrible teying to deal with this lot. Have been trying to get an online account and but to register We need to get speak to an operator as details are incorrect. Sooo many oprators Same result. "Sorry Your details are wrong" Thats only giving an account number and card number. DOB.. Even with a licence and email address STILL not enough correct information to look into the account. Used this months statement STILL wont process. 6 operator's today and that was trying to change our address. sTILL no go. Funny how the money can be oaid to this account. Wont be making anymore payments afterall its not Us Not Our account. Not correct DOB and Australian? Where?In 12 months not any help.

  I ended up closing my account with them. Checking my account online was a real hassle with the token to create a code every time, where other banks make that a lot easier plus have people who actually speak English at the counter.
