::I do not understand why other people have rated this dry cleaning service 1/5. I have been to Hua HDrycleaning multiple times and I am their regular customer and I can vouch that the service is not only excellent, but their prices are also of a good value and much more cheaper than other laundry services in Redfern and close to the city.

::An amazingly poor experience - over charged me for service! Even after I pointed out that the price I expected to pay was written on their front desk, as well as my receipt - I still received the wrong change. Clearly standard practice at this place is to rip customers off!

::I wish I had read this earlier, The problem with these guys is, as with most cheap chinese Laundry places. They don't understand the different fabrics and temperatures etc. To them it's one treatment for everything. So whether your clothes are durable or fragile, expensive or cheap they all the same treatment. HOT LINEN WASH (all the colour will be gone from your clothes) VOLCANO HOT DRY ( ELASTIC DESTROYED and FABRIC DAMAGED). On my first visit they spread my stuff out through 5 other peoples bags and i had to pick through it to get it all back, and they were angry at me for it. They have no systems in place so they easily lose people's stuff, they aren't sure where your stuff is when you walk in. They don't even provide you a bag for your stuff so unless you bring your own container they will lose your stuff. They also dodge tax by using cash only. Not contributing to society.

::I have been going here for a number of years but after my last visit I refuse to go back (except to complain). I picked up my husbands suit and my Zimmerman dress for a wedding and both are damaged with three holes in my husbands jacket sleeve and the front of my dress having fallen apart. And the worst part is we are already away for the wedding! Will see how my follow up visit goes but I don't recommend this business at all! They outsource their dry cleaning to a warehouse around the eastern suburbs which alot of them use and they obviously don't give a crap about customer's clothes!

::I will not use this dry cleaner anymore. I've had 2 items damaged by them. Both of them were hems that had come loose/torn on items (a pair of pants, and a dress) which were relatively new. Both times they refused to fix the hem for me and said I had to pay for them to be fixed. One time I was in there (waiting to be served), I had the privilege of watching an incident where they were fighting with another customer who was trying to resolve a situation where the collar of her jacket had been completely ripped away after cleaning. The customer was upset because it was a very unique looking and one-of-a-kind jacket (from what I could see of it, it was a gorgeous material and very unusual). Not only had the dry cleaning torn away the collar, they didn't even have the collar to return to the customer so it could be re-attached! It was completely missing. They had ruined the jacket and were taking absolutely no responsibility for it. They didn't even apologize. It was shocking customer service. This place is on my no-go list now.
