::best place to train in Adelaide, only coach in Adelaide thats actually been in the ring (and is a Nigerian National Heavy Champion) , along with Dash whos trained with world champions. trainers that have ur best interest at heart. no better place to train.

::Good boxing technique, but poor equipment that is old and tired (so bring your own gloves). The class I went to was more sparing than fitness, and it is largely uncontrolled. I left before the class ended because I almost got into a full-on fight with my "training" partner. If a testosterone high and fight club is your thing you might enjoy this, but if you just want a good work out I recommend passing on this place.
