  very cheap good junk food but if youre in a hurry you might want to go to mcdonalds instead, takes about 10min to get food during the rush here

  Food is the same as any other HJ, food was fresh and looked good, not messy. Not a long wait for your food and staff are fairly friendly. Store was clean neat.

  I've been quite a few times as I used to live locally, but unfortunately every other Hungry Jacks in surrounding suburb's food tastes much fresher and you can notice that there is sauce on their burgers... This by far is definitely the slowest "fast food" restaurant I've ever been to in my life and I only mention the LONG wait as EVERY visit is the same... So expect a very lengthy wait for drive thru as well (20+min) even if there aren't many cars lined up. Avoid at typical meal times. Might be OK between typical meal times and if you purchase extra sauce to avoid a dry burger. I'm sorry to say but the Jesmond HJ's is not quite at the level you would get at any other HJ's. Regardless I honestly hope you enjoy your meal. Thank you.

  Staff here are often curteous to their customers and rarely miss things in their orders. It is usually safer to visit compared to KFC after hours. It is outside of the Jesmond shopping plaza though so you will have to walk 5 mins to reach it.

  Excellent service, 100% fast and accurate. Our food was hot and perfectly delivered to our table. Also dinning area was spotless and the kitchen was very tidy too. The crew was very productive during the quiet times restocking straws, cups etc. And the Manager had awesome service too which was a positive influence on his staff.
