  Hungry jacks has atleast one vegetarian option unlike macdonals. I prefer buying veggie whooper.

  I visited the city store on both Friday and Saturday and was really disappointed in what I saw on both days. The same girl and boy were working together again and we’re working great together as most the crew usually do, and they were both working very hard on both days equally. However on both days I came into the store, on Friday in particular I waited in line for around 5 mins to be served which is fine they were busy, and when I got to the order taker person, you could tell she was quite tired if not sick, she was polite and was trying to get the line out as quick as possible as was the other girl that was serving, I think her name was Jayla and maybe Logan (although that might have been the guys name?). The boy who was getting my orders looked like he could have used a little help however there was no manager in sight on either days which I thought was a little stupid but it’s not my store or job. Then while I was waiting for my food both times, I watched the first girl who had what I thought was blonde hair, (the customer asked for her name and she said no, which is actually within her rights) get abused by not 1 or 2 people by about 4! ALL WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR MY FOOD. Now I’ve worked in fast food and I don’t think she was doing anything wrong, especially since she was asking for receipts and telling people that they had to pay for sauce like everyother place does. However again no manager came out to defend her and she wasn’t just getting yelled at someone threw something at her and she just had to take it. I’m really sorry but where is your management when this happened. This was beyond a joke and she was trying really hard, they all were and people shouldn’t be allowed to treat anyone like that. Please management get your priorities in order, that’s really not on and if anyone spoke to my crew like that I wouldn’t let them back. On another note we’ll done to the 3 crew out the front on Friday night. You guys did great. And another well done to the 3 on Saturday lunch time.

  Waited in queue for insanely long time. There appeared to be two managers out the back talking while the staff members out the front scurried around frantically to get orders out. Tell your managers to help out when it’s busy it’s almost inhumane. I would like to commend the two there. I believe it was a blonde girl and a boy that wears makeup (I see him working a lot but can’t recall the name it might have started with a C?)

  Utterly disgusting attitude from an employee called ‘Jason’ my 2 sons 13 and 14 ordered food which they took to top level and sat down, they were well into their meal when Jason approached them and asked them to move so some other customers accompanying Jason could sit there, both boys moved to a different seat by which time I arrived, we Got up to leave as soon as we finished - as soon as the boys stood up ‘Jason’ said very rudely - don’t forget to take your rubbish, remember this isn’t your home’ they hadn’t even had time to pack up and were in the process of picking it up after they stood up!! I’ve never dealt with service as rude as this in my entire life, my kids and I are always so respectful wherever we go but were treated like scum here. I’m never going here again

  Just want to give a big wrap to Vicky and Ashley who were working the night shift on Tuesday 5 September. As you may know, Hungry Jacks in the city gets really busy and a bit loose after hours. These girls had great customer service, were switched on and were working really fast to get the orders out and keep the people flowing....great job girls! Keep up the good work!
