  To say that I am disappointed and furious is an understatement. Booked 6 rooms under three different names on Tuesday, however reception couldn't even get that right and every time someone checked in they needed to see me again.Rooms are small, old and pokey. Reception does not seem to know what's going on. And of course no managers on duty, can speak to someone on Monday. For the ridiculously overpriced rooms, old run down facilities and inept staff go somewhere else. To belong to the Accor group which has a good name they've just lost a customer. Not even 1 star.

  For an expensive motel, you don't get much. There wasn't enough furniture in the room and the photos on the web didn't match what I got. Staff seemed disinterested when I spoke to them about it. They eventually said they'd send someone the next day to bring more furniture. That person never came. I doubt I'd ever stay there again.
