  Could not recommend these guys highly enough. I booked my 18 year old daughters travel arrangements to go and visit family friends in Florida. I was nervous about organising the arrangements myself and they were so helpful. Then when Hurricane Irma started they called me and were in constant contact with me, keeping me up to date with the flight cancelations and airport closures. I was a nervous wreck about sending my child away not knowing how long she would be stuck in LA and they were amazing, so compassionate and understanding. I couldn't get any help from the airlines and Amanda and the team at Ignite just handled everything for me. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you soooo much.

  This group have charged us $6000 for a week in Fiji, didn't advise us of flight changes nor consulted to us about options of a solution, they just booked it and locked us in. They didn't return any emails and basically wiped their hands of us after we have paid in full saying it was our responsibility to check the details and not theirs to advise us of any changes. It was a group booking and no common sense was applied to supporting us when they knew the original booking was for a birthday. Avoid. In this day and age a call centre operated travel booking function adds no value if accountabilities does indeed sit with me, so as far as this group is concerned you could do a better job yourself on the internet.

  Rude staff and poor customer service. Had a 5 night stay in vanuatu gifted to us and this company booked us on the latest flight over and the earliest return flight meaning we only had 4 days in vanuatu robbing us of at least 1 full day. Definitely would not recommend to anyone ever.

  Hi Tim I understand you are in charge of the department in which Nikita Grant works. I recently purchased a Groupon deal of 5 nights in a beach resort near Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef. The fights were included in the voucher and initially I thought I would have to organise & coordinate the hotel dates with the fights myself but was pleasantly surprised when I called the number supplied and was put through to the very efficient, personable and friendly Nikita. She took all my details and preferred dates along with leg-room seat requests, two full day excursions and transfers to and from everywhere. I really wanted this to be a complete holiday with no driving. She matched every thing up perfectly with just one exception - the excursion transfers were not included as she had thought. She was immediately apologetic and somehow managed to have the transfers included even though they're not usually part of the deal. Nikita was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and I'm sure Groupon customers are probably not the most financially rewarding clients for you but her attitude certainly never betrayed this fact for one moment. This email is to convey my thanks and to let you know that I will recommend Ignite Travel and will certainly use your company again. I will also post on your website. Kind regards Helen Langer

  Don’t lose your dream family holiday like we did! Some destinations like Fiji, Bali or Vanuatu require your passport has 6 month till expiry. Our travel agent - MyVanuatu (My Holiday Centre, Ignite Travel) didn’t tell us or check our passports; so we weren’t allowed to board for our flights and lost the whole vacation. We were shocked and kids devastated.
