::Great location & facilties but let down by a few design flaws. It rained during our stay & the balcony which is partially under cover & the only access to the apartment flooded. There's no fall away from the door or drain, so the water stayed there, making is walk through water straight onto the white floor tiles inside. The biggest let down however was the noise from the apartment next door. The walls have zero sound insulation qualities, so when the guests next door were talking it was like they were in the room with us. I'm not sure we needed to hear their toilet flush, the shower running or them coughing! It was loud too, heard over the TV in our apartment. We found ourselves whispering so they couldn't hear us. Not relaxing at all!

::Great location near by clubs, shops and places 2 eat all though not a great variety 4 charge backs. off street parking available all thought not secured bathroom small. It's an apartment no t.v. in room feel the adjoining beds in the middle of bed love the balcony conventient for summer drinks. overall nice place 2 stay. Would stay again.

::DO NOT STAY HERE It is one of the worst 'Serviced Apartments" I have stayed in. The photo of the place is so misleading. You enter up 2 flights of stairs off a back street. The HANDBASIN, TOILET AND SHOWER ARE in THE BEDROOM. YES IN THE BEDROOM. Toilet only has a glass door on it. Ohh sooo lovely when your partner is in bed and they can see and hear all that goes on in the toilet. No ventilation in the bedroom. No sound proofing to the ajoining apartment. Can hear all conversations, snoring, baby crying etc. No full length mirror to get dressed by. Bad lighting over basin to only see shadows when showering or putting on make-up. Kitchen sink had dirty broken plug so doesn't hold water when washing dishes. Microwave/oven had old burnt food hanging in it. Was soo unclean. Daily service consisted of just pulling the bed up. Never made completly. Has an adjoining door to the apartment behind which was left open when being service so we came back to our room having access to strangers. Ohhh and I could go on. BUT when I aired my disappointment in a private email to Simon Cox Manager/Owner I received the most inappropriate response which leads me to believe Who cares what the guests say we are so full of ourselves we will abuse the customer and not take critism on board. So UNPROFESSIONAL
