  My roommate and I have been living here for a year. This property manager is a Chinese, a very bad person, especially she is very bad for the Chinese people, everywhere difficult for us, to foreigners and to the Chinese attitude is two different things. She also said that the agency in Australia is bad, but in fact, the local people I met in Brisbane are very good, and a good suggestion: Chinese friends who come to Brisbane should not choose this place.

  Great river or park views. Spacious apartments and welcoming staff. Nice and close to Wesley hospital, Suncorp stadium and the city. Loads of public transport nearby or walk along river to city. Very conveniently located close to CBD. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again.

  Rooms are very hit and miss. The apartment I stayed in was awful and quite dirty whilst the one my parents were in was quite nice. The reception was unattended and not at all helpful on the phone on arrival. There's better places to stay near by. I'd definitely recommend giving this one a miss.
