  I read good reviews of this place but it did not impressed me. The staff was aloof and there wasn't a lot of selection. Most of the flowers are chrysanthemums and geberas (which are not really premium type of flowers..) and the price is not cheap. We did not want chrysanthemuns because it is considered as "funeral flowers" for Chinese people.. so the staff customized a bouquet for us with a budget of $50. Not very impressed with what we got for $50 but we had to get a bouquet from here because it was the closest florist we can find and we needed a bouquet as a graduation gift. (Hello Kitty not included)

  Fast, friendly and excellent service. I've used them twice now and each time they've been fantastic. Responded to emails in double quick time and delivered on time.

  Valentines day 2017. My beautiful partner arranged for flowers to be delivered to my place of employment. He was told the flowers would arrive between 9am-12pm; this was not the case! The flowers arrived at 4.04pm, I know the exact time because I finish at 4pm and had left for the day when a colleague called, to tell me flowers had just arrived. I spoke to my partner who told me the lady on the phone had blatantly lied to him when he called at 3.30pm to check (because he hadn't received a thank you call from me) and she said the flowers had been delivered already. Aside from lying to their customers I also have to admit the flowers look a bit sad and don't smell good either. If you actually like the person you are sending flowers to, I would suggest another florist.

  What a great store and awesome service to boot. Friendly and professional as well as fast service. The selections of flowers and terrariums plus the floral arrangements are fantastic. I'll definitely be coming back to Innaloo Florist. You guys are the best.
