::Id like to take this opportunity to praise Tamara for the gorgeous professional team of girls she has chosen to run her classes. I have been doing Inner-strength Barre classes since they became available about 2 years ago now and have become more flexible, stronger, no more neck pain and have become toned in areas that my running days never toned!!! I travel interstate regularly and the girls that take my Barre classes at Inner-strength are amazing at what they know. They ensure your technique is correct to maximize results and prevent injury and their bubbly personalities make the classes enjoyable. I am in my late 40's and highly recommend these classes to more women my age and older. it is never too late to start!! Thank you inner strength and thank you to those girls who teach my classes. Well done!!

::Inner Strength Pilates definitely offers the most superior pilates and barre classes around Adelaide. I had tried several different studios that I was disappointed with before finding Inner Strength. I have now been a client of the studio for over 2 years and have not looked back! The skilled team of instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about their clients. Pilates has helped be overcome several injuries and barre classes offer a work out that keeps me fit and toned. If you're looking to try pilates you can't go past Inner Strength.

::I highly recommend Inner Strength Pilates. I attended classes to help me with some injuries that I have had for a long time. The classes helped me increase my mobility and decrease the pain, it was unbelievable. I was quite sceptical going to Inner Strength Pilates but that quickly changed after the first session. My mobility increased and my pain decreased dramatically. The studio was always clean, tidy and enjoyable to be in whilst the instructors were cheerful and professional in working with myself and the others in the class. The close personal attention was a major contributor to helping me. If you are thinking about going - go! They are the best in Adelaide.

::Pilates Adelaide studio "Inner Strength Pilates" is awesome!!! I've been to all sorts of people to help me with my sport injuries over the years with little success but Tam got me back up and firing in no time! I highly recommend them!!!
