::Excellent and attentive instructors. Personalised towards your needs so you can go in as a beginner or pro and still be well looked after. Small class of up to 4. Have been going for more than 8 years and it's a mixture of reformer and mat so it's never boring and it's pointed to what you need the most. Results are palpable.
