  Bought 2 watches from them. Customer service is superb, don't understand where all those hates came from. Michael is very informative and professional. Two other girls Molly and Yuchin are really nice. Will definitely buy from again1

  Originally purchased my Rolex from them 10 years ago and have had it serviced through them twice. It is great to see the same faces in there even though I rarely go in there. Picking up my watch today, it is like brand new, and I really appreciate the friendly attitudes from the staff. They are open and honest and why I’ll keep going back to this business.

  I recently bought my watch after a number of visits over a period of time, while I confirmed what I wanted. I am a particular buyer, and found that the service was always welcoming and there was never any pressure to purchase. The advice and expertise is clear, with Michael a watch enthusiast who certainly knows what he is talking about, and is happy to share his knowledge. As a fussy buyer, they were very accommodating and professional, with nothing too much trouble. Very happy.

  Poor customer service, small range and staff only cared about making a sale. Europe has far superior stores all of which were passionate about watches and far, far more attentive and helpful. Thanks but no thanks, bought my Submariner in Portugal and will definitely be looking elsewhere again for my Speedmaster. Give attention to all your customers.

  Very friendly and helpful. Good advice on international clearance and VAT return. Great guy. Would recommend highly.
