  Dealing with the Southport branch of James Frizelle's Automotive Group was a great experience from start to finish. The new dealership office is modern, clean and impressive. I was extremely happy with both the condition and price of the vehicle (Nissan Murano) I purchased there. The Sales Consultant I dealt with (Brennan Jovanovski) was friendly, knowledgeable, and most efficient. Putting a bow on the vehicle and taking a photo of the owner with the vehicle they've just purchased is a very nice touch. I'd strongly recommend this company based on my recent experience.

  Bought a used Volvo xc90 which the salesman knew nothing about, questioned him as to why the service light and anti skid light were on and he said it's fine it's just that their service centre isn't able to read the computer on the car. I took it to Volvo and basically it needs a new clock spring and 4x4 module which is going to cost thousands. Shouldn't have been sold the car if it needed repairs. The guy said to me dont worry we only sell good cars because he didn't want Tracey Grimshaw on the company's back for selling lemons.

  Couldn't be happier with the effort put in by the team at James Frizelle's. I had to travel from North side of Brisbane all the way to Southport whilst only finishing work at 1545 and thanks to traffic, got there a lot later than planed. However the guys hung around to help me out and and I managed to get the car I want. Awesome service, super friendly staff! Thanks heaps!
