  Helpful used car salesperson. Willing to organise test drive straight away. Has now changed to Jarvis Skoda, so if you are planning on buying a new Ford, try one of the other Jarvis Ford locations.

  First time at jarvis for service people are friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble Tim was a nice guy and very helpful

  I wasn't happy with the staff. I went there to buy a car today. I asked them to have a test drive but they weren't happy with that and just wasting my time outside with my family. They were spending time on my car to trade in instead of selling their car. I had told them if I am not happy with your car there is no deal so let me check the car first. Also I said that I have purchased my car recently and probably won't trade in as it is better to sell it privately. After staying in sun for more than 15 minutes I decided to give up. NOT a good dealer.
