  Jax tires are bloody awesome. The staff are polite, friendly, helpful, and will take the time to explain things to you should you have any questions.. They are more than happy to help. I found them very professional and courteous, the specials and promos Jax have often are very competitive. Parking can be a bit of a pain.. But there is lots of parking without too much of a walk round the corner.. It's worth it :)

  Simon took the time to take off a wheel and plug the hole in our Pajero''s tyre to keep us rolling for 4 days until the new tyres came in ... for free and with a smile - on a busy day. I think that is outstanding service ! Thankyou Simon and Jax at Warners Bay

  Drove over a bolt and punctured the tyre. Super friendly even though they were 10 minutes from opening! Fixed quickly and super reasonable prices!

  Went in for 2 new tyres. Told me my current model of tyres are discontinued and were no good anyway. ‘Upgraded’ me to the better model. Later to find out this upgraded model was actually worse and the tyres I wanted were not actually discontinued. Also after getting my tyres rotated, on collecting my car they tried to tell me all 4 brakes needed replacing, where 2 other places told me there was still plenty of life left in them that same week.
