::Fantastic service by Rohan! I was travelling through Canberra over the Australia Day long weekend, when my rear view mirror mount broke. Popped into Jaycar at Fyshwick to see if I could get some parts to macgyver a solution until I got back to Melbourne. Received exceptional service from Rohan (i think that was his name, sorry I can't quite remember!), who went above and beyond what I would have expected. He was eager to help, and willing to take the time to try different products with me to come up with a practical solution. And it worked! Thank you!

::Caution shoppers. Their exchange policy only lasts 7 days. I purchased 3 ultrasonic jewelry cleaned as gifts. One for my mother, sister, and the other for my wife. . Turns out mum already had one so I asked to exchange 1. I was told no exchanges after 7 days. Item was in original packaging and unused with proof of purchase. No compassion whatsoever. I guess now my wife can clean her jewelry twice as fast.
