  Had picked out my product and then was told it wouldn’t work for me because “USB 3.0 is not standard for computers”. Thought it was odd but figured he knew what he was talking about. Turned out to be absolute rubbish

  Arrogant and unhelpful. I rang and asked specifically if they had any single (solid) core wire under 1mm thick. The dismissive response was "we have hundreds of types of wire!". The assistant was argumentative and had to be pressed to actually check for what I was after and surprise surprise they don't stock it at all! Almost everything you find in Jaycar can be found elsewhere cheaper and clearly we aren't paying more for service! Range is obviously an issue too if an electronics shop doesn't stock this common wire. Just picked some up dirt cheap on ebay!

  Helpful staff, great product range and reasonable prices. I've been going there for years and if you need something electrical or electronic but are unsure exactly whats required the staff will help and test your product for you.
