::Big store and staff are pleasant to deal with but only once you get hold of them. On busy times like afternoon on weekends, there needs to be more staff to cope with the demand. Will price match and beat any retail store.

::I received great service getting a new phone. They had stock that was sold out elsewhere. Everyone was very nice. There was a bit of a wait on the telco side but staff did their best to keep me happy/entertained.

::We had almost 200 $10 give cards issued as a reward from my husbands employer. Emily patiently entered each one for our purchase. She was enthusiastic and fun through out the entire transaction. When I had a question she couldn't answer she called over another associate to help me. Over all this was well handled and way less of a chore that it could have been. Just to give you an idea of how many cards she had to enter, our receipt is 30ft ( 9 meters) long . Emily is certainly an asset to your store.

::Very good service. One I've came to Melbourne Central store and asked for Google pixel 2 XL, but the staff there told me that there is no more in store and others too ( that was the last sale day for that phone and I want it asap). Then I've visited Elizabeth store and the staff there spent time to search if there is any left from other stores and he recommended that I should go to Preston if I can handle it. Finally I helped me to call to order the phone and I got it in day.

::JB stores always have friendly, informed and helpful staff. Upon my last visit this was still very much the case! A wonderful selection of quality products at prices which are always competitive.
