  Best place to buy electronic goods, awesome staff, if you ask can offer discount if possible. Shop is very big and you can find every single electronic and gaming device over here. Once you enter, it's impossible you came out with empty hand :)

  Not often am I able to find staff in a store with such knowledge of their products and high level of customer service but JB HIFI at Kotara is a stand out!! Many thanks to Linda at JB Kotara for sorting out my mobile phone & data plans. Her knowledge & professionalism was exceptional! Would definitely recommend both this store and Linda as FIVE STARS!! Thanks again for everything!! :))

  Its an ok store for gifts. Staff tend to hang in groups chating about random rubbish to each ( especially behind the sales counter) instead of acknowledging customer service. This store in particular seems to be lacking strong management. Hopefully an issue being addressed.

  A huge store, with everything you could want for music and entertainment, and now even including appliances, air conditioners, phones, etc. Always plenty of staff to assist, almost always has good prices, but it pays to shop around and ask if they can do things cheaper for you. Parking is the worst though, often needing to walk a fair distance with all your purchased goods, and trying to back out while there's cars coming in both directions can have you sitting there for a few minutes idling. Otherwise though, a top notch store, and definitely recommend coming here if you want the biggest and most-stocked store around Newcastle

  Do your research. Went to buy a printer we researched online that was advertised as coming with full set of ink and reviewed as one of its high lights. JB tried to inform us it only came with minimal ink and hey ho they had a special deal on inks. Oh really, what a surprise. Not.
