  After standing in an area for 10 minutes, I had to go find a staff member to assist me. When served by this staff member he was extremely rude and unhelpful quoting price information without checking with their system. The staff member originally refused to offer a price match as per the JB HI-FI price match offer on their website, instead opting to argue with me, whilst refusing to match. After considerable unhelpful negotiation and question, he resorted to getting the manager who came over to speak to me who was much more helpful. The manager gave direction to the staff member to lower the price of a product to be competitive with other stores pricing as the business offers. With staff members like I experienced today, its no surprise that people opt to getting products online for the cheaper price than going in store.

  Dedicated staff speicaly at the camera area.. they go to extra mile to find the exact need for you though they didnt have the stock I'm aftwr...

  Served by a guy named jake... trying to sell me something for $75 when I showed him the transaction when I bought the same item recently. Not helpful at all... so much for deal/matching prices etc. Won't be back. Plenty of other retailers are true to their word

  Very informed staff. I was looking for a drone for my fiancées birthday and the staff redirected me to the right people who were more then happy to answer my questions and share their experiences with flying drones.

  Customer service is a nightmare. If they hired based on personality instead of style street cred we might get somewhere. Rude, tactless staff (apart from a few scattered team members not working counter). Also very slow systems for click and collect orders given that the business is based on technology, and deceptive to not warn that weekends are not exactly working days.. will still take your money, though.
