  Absolutely 1st class customer service - went here yesterday with a broken Kindle. Was greeted really pleasantly by Michael N who went on to discuss my needs with me and I left the store with my Kindle - one very happy lady. He could not have been any more helpful, friendly and informative. He is an absolute credit to this store - thank you Michael.-Annette from Plymouth, England.

  My favourite store when it comes to electronics and DVDs of which I buy a lot. Their Click and Collect and Check Your Store options are really helpful and save me a lot of effort and time. They also have really great deals on movies and television if you're a collector as I am.

  JB Hifi structure is the same anywhere; good variety and competitively priced. Online services are not always informative and helpful. The Osborne Park store historically have keen and happy staff who are always helpful. Shop around and certainly use this store if you are on the North/West side of the city.

  Love shopping here. I like the casual relaxed approach.Service is great. Electronics Records CD.s . Bought a new TV last week. PS prices are good to.

  I came into JB Osborne Park to purchase a laptop and I received the most amazing service from a gentleman called Aaron. He was so knowledgeable and came across to be very honest with his opinion :) Something that is very valuable in a sales person. Probably one of the best sales experiences I have ever had! Nina (I think her name was) was also super helpful with the process of going through finance :) I think the company should definitely invest in a reverse cycle air-conditioning! Those poor buggers are sweating away.
