  I bought a PC and it crapped itself. I reckon I was a little bit of a pain and annoying to the staff but they helped me out heaps and replaced it for me. Was stressful loosing the desktop...so their help was greatly appreciated.

  Bought a new Apple Watch today, plus ear phones very helpful staff. Previously a year ago ... Interesting, they sell a lot, my partner went in to buy a TomTom and I was surprised when he came home and said it has extra warranty... i said what do you mean, the shop had sold him extra warranty on a TomTom. I have to say i don't agree with offering this type of warranty on items like this that really don't go wrong, my last one was 5+ years old and it's only because the battery wouldn't hold a charge i got a new one..... is it the fact they see someone in a wheelchair and just try to sell them stuff?

  JB Hi-Fi is always a dangerous place to walk into. It's quite possible to waste hours wandering the shelves checking out the stock. It would be nice if they had a broader range of camera equipment (including but limited to bags) but I understand that's something decided by their higher-ups rather than the in-house staff. Sales can lead to very significant savings; definitely include them when shopping around.
