  Staff kept walking away from me when i went to ask a question. they force a reciept for security which i get, but then dont provide a paper only bin at the door so you can recycle and when i told the guard i dont want it he just handed it back to me anyway.

  Bree (headphones) and Sammy (security) helped me out today after being disappointed by the appalling customer service by the Queen street mall store. Both store needs more staff. Thanks.

  Not sure what the point is of having a phone number if you cant get through. Called three times and it rang out each time with no voice mail or way to get them to call you back. Its 8:27pm on a Friday evening - closes at 9pm. I cant believe a manager isnt in the office getting close ready. Money talks and it looks like it will be spent elsewhere.
