  Wasted my time with flat out lies! Firstly rang this store to make sure the stock was available and was told yes.. Then told them what price I was quoted at a store 5 minutes from me which included extended warranty, I asked for him to quote me with warranty included and he told me he would price match or beat, I went for this because JB offer an extra year warranty, so I took the 30min trip with trailer to pick up and when I got in there they only had floor stock witch was scratched and dented. They offered this item to us at $100 more then quoted over the phone and it was damaged!! Greg the salesperson that I initially rang lied straight to my face and denied saying that he offered this to me over the phone, when I called him out on this he got cut and defensive and brushed us of completely, extremely rude and a liar. Straight after this we went to Harvey Norman and got the item $100 less then what Greg and Sheldon at JB offered for there damaged floor stock. Very unhelpful unlike there competitors. Harvey Norman Bundall also offer the same time frame of warranty and they were easy to deal with, we were in and out of there within 10minutes with no BS

  Helpful staff and good prices, shopped around and came to JBHI-FI last and glad I did, they beat the price by a lot.

  Like most JB hi-fi's they gave good service. I had an issue and there was no problem with return or exchange. That's why I like to buy all my electronic stuff from them.

  One of the friendliest jb hi-fi's i have been to as their staff were amazing had no problem in getting them to match the good guys price. They also carried a clothes dryer i purchased to my car and put it in. I know i will be coming here again very soon.
