::Wanted to buy a dishwasher and transport back using my civic hatchback, sales rep flatly said the dishwasher wont fit in my car and won't sell me, the store man came out and said the same thing. Won't try to fit it in my car lying on its side with excuse of doing so will damage it during transport. Went next door to The Good Guys, bought a dishwasher and have it loaded into my car with no issues, got home after 15mins drive and installed the dishwasher. 3 months on the dishwasher is still working great, no issues at all.

::Same as every other JB, however my last visit I was disappointed. I was browsing phones and two sales assistants were standing talking to each other, they could clearly see me and weren't interested in helping. Later a tall guy in a Rick and Morty shirt helped me, he was a great help and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy!

::This is a nice new store and they offer a large range of DVDs, catering for everyone. The staff are amazing and can’t do enough to help you with your queries. I’d recommend it to all!

::We went in to look at TVs. They were really busy but "Joey" was well worth waiting for. We saw how he looked after other customers and he gave us the same good advice and service.

::Love JBs and never had an issue with items purchased. staff can tend to just pass the buck a bit and not seem to interested in getting you answers, kind of at the stage we’re If I know I’m going to JBs I’ll google first to get my answers because I know it’s rare that the staff will know. But there are some super clever staff there, just never know who you’ll get on the day, it’s a great store with a massive range and overall the staff are nice people just could do with a bit of determination and drive to get you answers on the spot, instead of saying try the good guys.
