::Went in looking for a simple lightning to aux connector for my iPhone, chased down three employees who looked at me but walked away because they were too busy chatting about nothing amongst one another, got frustrated and left. The only competent staff there is the door man.

::Absolutely awful customer service, sold a dud copy of a product, ran around and moved the issue between 4-5 people with no results. Older manager was absolutely useless, accused me of using the code, made us wait for 30+ mins just to replace a product that didn't work. Worst service I've ever dealt with in my life.

::Could be better if I'm honest here. Shopping range is...ok, but just enough for basic needs. Service is pretty decent, although sometime you get ignored, they could use some more people in there.

::Terrible rude customer service from the mobile section. I could not believe how nasty the sales guys David and Darren were. I came in with a faulty mobile phone, David looked at it, couldn't see how to fix the fault, told me to wait 20 minutes for the other sales person. Just left my mobile on the desk where anyone could of taken it and asked if I could come back later. I was time limited due to a CT scan so I had to wait. I felt reluctant leaving my mobile just sitting there for anyone to take, I then asked him could I take my mobile because anyone could take it. He agreed anyone could take it. I said that he would be liable for the theft and he said he wouldn't. I grabbed the phone so no-one would take it since it cost $500. Darren comes but serves someone else. I wait 10 minutes but he still doesn't come back. I locate him in the store waiting in line for the register. I stand next to him and let him know that in a friendly way that I have been waiting half an hour for him. He snaps back angrily" I have to have lunch". He then says "since no-one else will serve you..." I tell him that he is the only one that can serve me because it is regarding a faulty mobile phone. Anyway, he did serve me next and managed to fix the fault which I was very grateful for. Next time I will buy on-line as it is much cheaper. Why buy from a store when you get treated with such rudeness. After David saw that I was waiting for half an hour he was nice to me and smiled, so his skills did improve but Darren, if I was his boss, he would be out of a job for his rudeness and intentionally upsetting customers.
